REFUND POLICY
We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills with www.allsupermart.com. The invoice raised against your order will be canceled once you cancel your order.
For both cancelled orders & returned products, the refund amount will repay any payments already made by you for the order via directly crediting online to your e-wallet. If any vendor charges more than MRP value of any product from user/shopper in that case the excess amount will be refunded by the vendor himself and there will be no liability on the www.allsupermart.com.
As a User/Shopper/vendor you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any products at our www.allsupermart.com, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the products and services we provide.THEREFORE, WE DO HONOR REQUESTS FOR REFUND WHERE THE FOLLOWING REASONS APPLY:
  1. Non-delivery of the products as per order or requirements: For example, due to some unnatural situations if vendor does not deliver you the product on time;
  2. Finalizing issues: It may happen that you are having problems while finalizing the products and services;
  3. Irreparable deficiency with the products: Although all the products are thoroughly checked before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for approval;
  4. Product or Services not-as-described: A request based on this reason is satisfied on a case to case basis with Allsupermart Online Service Pvt. Ltd. reserving full discretion to make the determination whether a refund is appropriate.
Please note that our Support Team is ready to provide you with timely and efficient professional assistance. We will attempt to find the best convenient solution for your query. Give us 12-24 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on the problem or issues. Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 14 days after the order is placed. After 14 days cancellation of order will not be accepted. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our team.
